Hello!

Its nice to be back. I've been away from regular blogging for far too long.

As some of you may know I used to run a web site/blog called 'mywainwrights' which was dedicated to all of my walks. I created it back in 2008 and became very popular, in fact probably a bit too popular if I was honest. Sadly I ended up taking it offline a couple of years ago, the main reason was it had lots of technical issues when I migrated it to a new server, and also partly because it had become a source of image misuse, discovered a number of images had been taken from the site and were getting circulated as free to use images.

Enough of the past, time to look forward to new adventures and trips. I'm not 100% sure what format this blog is going to take yet, don't want to end up with something like the 'mywainwrights' site again, so bear with me.

The shot below is from this weeks trip to one of my favourite places, the Isle of Skye, I'll be adding a couple of blogs from that trip in the near future to keep a look out for them.
